We have three incredible massage therapists who offer Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, along with other massage specialties. Buy a Massage Package—get 4 massage sessions for the price of 3. Or you can just buy a Gift Certificate for one massage session.

Gym Membership: Possibly the most rewarding gift you could give—get someone started on life-long fitness with a Gym Membership gift certificate. This Certificate includes a free personal training session with one of our certified personal trainers and complete access to our world-class, full-service gym. If you purchase a gift certificate for a three-month membership, we’ll also waive the $150 enrollment fee! A gift certificate for one month will include a $50 enrollment fee.

Nutrition Consulting: Start the year off right for a special person--give a Nutrition Gift Certificate.

Nutrition Gift Certificate Options:

• Body Composition & Nutrition Assessment ($40—1/2 hour session). Check your lean muscle mass, and learn how to prevent muscle loss and promote healthy cell composition.

• Transforming Stress ($100—1 hour session). Learn how to effectively manage your stress and relieve worry, fatigue, and tension with easy and effective tools and techniques.

• Nutrition Consulting Package ($600—four sessions) Includes a comprehensive approach to overall nutrition and healthy eating plans; stress management including HeartMath; body composition and exercise plans for weight loss and control; sleep issues and techniques for better sleep; and follow-up on all progress.

($80 per session, or a 10-session package for $750).

• Acupuncture: A very special gift for your family or friends. Our licensed acupuncturist, E-Sing, can help reduce pain, including knee, back, and sciatic pain; alleviate tennis elbow and other sports injuries; improve circulation and the functioning of your immune system; and ease allergy symptoms. Acupuncture is effective as a stand-alone treatment or as a useful complement to any of the integrated health and fitness services we offer at MPTW. Acupuncture Gift Certificates are available for $75 per session, or a 10-session package for $700.
