As a personal trainer and fitness professional, Hillary tries to bring a holistic approach to all of her clients, with a focus on core strength, balance, stability and mental focus. A strong core is the foundation of a strong body and she loves to bring fun and challenging exercises to her clients so they will always enjoy the road to staying healthy. Hillary truly cares about her clients and triumphs in all of their successes. For the past four years, she has trained and coached individuals of all ages and backgrounds throughout California and in New Orleans.
